A meeting with employers was held in Lachin, jointly organized by the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lachin and the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
The meeting was attended by the Special Representative of the President in Lachin, Masim Mammadov, Deputy Chairmen of the State Employment Agency’s Management Board, Ramal Guluzade and Hasil Abbasov, as well as employers operating in the liberated territories. Discussions focused on expanding employment opportunities in these areas and strengthening cooperation with entrepreneurs.
The event highlighted ongoing efforts to ensure employment for the population in the liberated territories in collaboration with employers. Detailed information was provided on the activities of the State Employment Agency, employment programmes, and support mechanisms offered to entrepreneurs.
It was emphasized that, along with securing jobs for residents, key measures also include engaging them in vocational training courses tailored to labour market demands and supporting the establishment of small businesses under the self-employment programme.
During the meeting, employers’ questions were answered, joint activities were discussed, and their proposals were heard.
