The National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues, operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, has been recognized and accredited as an international training institution by The CPD Certification Service of the United Kingdom.
The National Observatory’s 5 training programs (“Organization of Surveys”, “MS Excel”, “Human Resources Management”, “Public Speaking Skills” and “Case Management for Victims of Gender-Based Violence”) have been assessed for their compliance with international criteria and approved for meeting CPD standards. The Service has posted these training programs on its official website.
These trainings provide participants with knowledge and skills in survey methodology and data analysis, data management and preparation of analytical reports, modern management of HR processes, effective communication and public speaking skills, as well as working with vulnerable groups and applying social protection mechanisms.
Certificates issued to those who successfully complete the trainings conducted by the National Observatory will also be recognized as international certificates. This accreditation ensures international recognition of the National Observatory's trainings and gives participants a competitive advantage in both the local and global labor markets.
It is planned to accredit several more trainings of the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues at the international level by the end of this year.
