Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev held another meeting with the winners of the fourth "Yüksəliş" competition, Nijat Gojayev and Eyyub Fataliyev, within the framework of the Mentoring Program.
The conditions created in the Ministry to increase the experience opportunities of the competition winners, and the work carried out to develop their leadership potential in accordance with the Mentoring Program, were discussed.
The winners of the competition stated that they hold regular meetings with senior officials in the Ministry and institutions, and expressed their satisfaction with the conditions created to increase their knowledge, experience, and skills within the framework of the mentoring program.
The meeting discussed the work to be done as a continuation of the program, and exchanged views on the individual development plan for the mentees.
It should be noted that Anar Aliyev is the mentor of the winners of the fourth "Yüksəliş" competition, Nijat Gojayev and Eyyub Fataliyev, within the framework of the Mentoring Program.
The “Yüksəliş” competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition are provided with a one-year personal development plan by mentors and receive a prize of 20 thousand manats.
The relevant Decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on December 18, 2024, regarding the holding of the fifth “Yüksəliş” competition.
