Social indicators of the first half of the year
In the first half of this year, 19 thousand applications were received for the “Volunteer DOST” program, and 806 people were involved in the program.
This program, which plays an important role in the expansion of the volunteer movement in Azerbaijan, has subprograms such as “Young DOST”, “Silver DOST” (for the elderly), “Distant DOST”, “Corporate DOST”, “Inclusive DOST”.
Volunteers assist in welcoming citizens at DOST centers, directing them to service windows, managing citizen flows and queues, informing citizens, using e-systems, etc.
They contribute to the provision of state social services from a “single window” with the principle of citizen satisfaction.
The program supports participants in gaining experience and business skills in the field of serving citizens, as well as their first successful steps on the path of personal development and career.
