One in four vacancies is associated with enterprises operating in the wholesale and retail trade sector.
The banking sector leads the top ten sectors in terms of vacancy numbers, accounting for 9,2% of the total. This sector stands out for both the creation of new jobs and a high rate of employee turnover.
The study also reveals that 76,2% of job postings require work experience, with the minimum experience typically ranging from 1 to 2 years. Additionally, 67,2% of vacancies require higher education, mostly at the bachelor’s level.
As for salary indicators, out of the mentioned 25678 vacancies, only about 8,4 thousand have specified salaries. The offered salaries range from 400 to 7000 manats.
