24 employees of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population successfully passed the online and in-person stages of the 6th “Yukselish” competition (general knowledge, analytical analysis, management skills exams) and earned the right to participate in the semi-final stage. This is the highest indicator for the Ministry so far.

9 of them (Nigar Ashurlu from the DOST Agency subordinate to the Ministry, Mahammad Hajiyev, Orkhan Najafov, Elburus Edilov from the State Social Protection Fund, Mirsahib Eminov, Medina Abdullayeva, Javid Abdullayev from the DMA, Kamran Ismayilov from the National Observatory for Labor Market and Social Protection Issues, and Nurmagomed Nabiyev from the DOST Digital Innovation Center) qualified for the final stage of the competition.

We wish success to the participants of the final stage, which will be held on July 17–19!

It should be noted that the “Yukselish” competition was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition have the opportunity to participate in a one-year personal development program, receive mentor support, and win a prize of 20,000 manats for self-development. The relevant Decree was signed by the head of state on December 10, 2025 regarding the holding of the sixth “Yukselish” competition.
