Nearly 360 beneficiaries are currently participating in training programmes across 14 different areas of activity at the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Centre under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and its branches.

Of them, 187 are benefiting from services at the Centre, while the others are receiving services at the “DOST House” branches in Ismayilli and Barda.

Established at the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva and inaugurated in October 2021, the institution is the first and largest inclusive creativity and development space in the South Caucasus.

Persons with disabilities, members of martyrs’ families and other individuals from vulnerable groups are engaged in training in areas such as visual arts, pottery, music, tailoring, fashion design, carpet weaving, knitting and embroidery, artistic wood carving, and others at the Centre and its branches, where they develop and improve their skills.

To date, 1,055 beneficiaries have benefited from the services of the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Centre and its branches. Through training programmes and master classes, efforts have been made to support the development of their creative potential and their integration into society.
