By the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, Zaka Agil oglu Mirzayev was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry.
Zaka Mirzayev was born in 1978. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in international law from the Faculty of International Relations and International Law at Baku State University in 2000. In 2002, he completed his master's degree with honors and finished his postgraduate studies in 2007.
In 2000, he worked as a legal advisor in the private sector. From 2003 to 2004, he served in the military.
Since 2005, he worked at the Ministry of Finance as a senior advisor, head of sector, deputy director, and from 2018, as the Head of the Department of State Social Protection Fund.
Since 2020, he had served as the Deputy Chairman of the Fund's Board.
