The Summit, themed “Gələcəyə doğru”, will take place for the first time in Nakhchivan.
Organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, the Professions of the Future Summit (PFS) will be held in Azerbaijan for the first time.
The event will take place on 30 October 2025 in Nakhchivan, under the slogan “Gələcəyə doğru.”
The purpose of the Summit is to discuss ongoing transformations in the labour market, emerging demands for new professions and skills, and the impact of technology and innovation on the world of work. It aims to foster dialogue among professionals and support the readiness of stakeholders in education and employment for the labour market of the future.
The PFS seeks to establish a unified platform for constructive dialogue between employers, government institutions, educational organizations, and professionals. Its goals include identifying and promoting future professions and skills, sharing new trends in the business world, strengthening partnerships, and creating opportunities for professionals to access flexible, innovative, and competitive career solutions.
Within the framework of the event, two panel discussions — “Transformation of the Labour Market” and “Adaptation to Change” — will be held. These panels will address topics such as new approaches and next steps in education strategies, modern employment policies, anticipated developments in future professions and skills, ways to adapt to these innovations, preparation for the labour market of the future, and challenges facing the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in this context.
The Summit will bring together local and international career consultants, trainers, HR specialists, entrepreneurs, education experts, representatives of public and private sectors, and development mentors.
Registration for participants wishing to attend the event will open in the coming days. Details about the registration process will be shared on the official website and social media pages of the State Employment Agency. More information about the Summit can be found at www.geleceyinpesheleri.az.
