Within the framework of the implementation of the Great Return Program, the State Employment Agency has already involved nearly 2000 residents of the liberated territories in vocational courses.
The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population continues active employment programs for residents of our liberated territories.
Within the framework of the implementation of the Great Return Program, the Agency has already involved nearly 2000 residents in vocational training courses. 210 of them have been resettled to our liberated territories, while the others are scheduled to be resettled in the near future.
Before the residents are resettled, the State Employment Agency holds meetings with them to assess their employment opportunities. During these meetings, it is considered appropriate to involve some of them in vocational courses to increase their employment opportunities, and appropriate work is being carried out in this direction.

These courses, organized for professions related to agriculture, construction, industry, and services, are open to unemployed or job-seekers who have already moved to these settlements, as well as those who are expected to move this year. Support is also provided to ensure employment for those who graduate from vocational courses in the professions they have mastered in these courses.
You can register for vocational training courses by applying to DOST centers, employment branches, or by visiting the link in the “Vocational training in Karabakh and East Zangazur” section on the sosial.gov.az website and filling out the appropriate form.
The duration of the courses is up to 6 months and participation in the courses is free of charge.
