37 people who were illegally dismissed were reinstated to their previous jobs.
The State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population determined that employers delayed the payment of 137176 manats of social payments to employees during January-May 2025.
As a result of the measures taken, these funds were paid to employees by employers.
Up to 90 percent of these funds consisted of salaries, the rest of which consisted of benefits and compensations to be paid by employers, and compensation for damages.
During the investigation of the applications, the Service also determined that the labour contracts of 37 employees were terminated in violation of legal requirements.
As a result of the measures taken by the Service in accordance with the legislation, these employees were reinstated to their previous jobs.
