7 employees unlawfully dismissed were reinstated to their previous jobs.
In January and February 2025, the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population investigated citizen complaints and identified that employers had delayed payments of over 40000 manats in social-related payments to employees.
As a result of the actions taken, these funds were paid by the employers to the employees.
86,3% of the funds were related to salaries, with the remaining portion consisting of benefits, compensations, and payments for damages that the employers were required to pay.
During the investigation, the Service also discovered that 7 employees had their labour contracts unlawfully terminated in violation of legal requirements.
Following the legal measures taken by the Service, those employees were reinstated to their previous positions.
