Participants of the international conference held in Baku, jointly organized by the International Association of Pension and Social Funds and the State Social Protection Fund, visited Baku DOST Center No. 1.
The guests got acquainted with the services provided to the population here. They were informed about the activities and working principles of DOST centers. Later, at the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, provided the delegation with detailed information about the DOST concept. The prospects for cooperation between the parties were discussed at the meeting.
The conference participants also visited the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity. The director of the center, Elnara Ansari, provided information about the activities of the institution. It was noted that the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center, which has been operating since 2021, was established at the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva. Work is underway here to support the creative potential of people from vulnerable groups in various areas of activity.
The conference participants were presented with a program performed by trainers and beneficiaries involved in the Music training. The guests also watched the training process and viewed an exhibition of handicrafts made in various vocational and creative rooms and studios of the Center.
