The “PeşəFest-2026” project, implemented by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, was held in Masalli District this time.
Organised under the slogan “Learn a Profession, Build Your Future!”, the festival aims to inform young people and parents about occupations in demand in the labour market and help young people make informed career choices and take the right steps towards their future careers.

It was emphasized that identifying the potential of the younger generation, encouraging them to pursue vocational education and ensuring effective communication between young people and employers are among the key priorities of employment policy.
