The “PeşəFest” event, organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, was held this time in the Gabala.
The festival, held under the slogan “Learn a Profession, Build Your Future!”, aimed to support young people and students in choosing a career path and taking the right steps toward their professional development.
During the opening ceremony, speakers emphasized that “PeşəFest” serves as a unique platform for preparing young people for the labour market, supporting proper career choice, helping them discover their potential, and defining their future professional direction.
Later, professionals made presentations related to their fields, sharing insights about the features of their professions. They also gave advice on career selection and answered questions from teenagers and their parents.
The next stop of the festival will be Khachmaz. “PeşəFest-2025” will conclude with an event to be held on October 22 in Baku at the “Baku Crystal Hall.”
The festival features educational activities covering 14 professions, including cybersecurity, data analytics, helpdesk, 3D animation, jewellery design, tourism organization, carpentry, automobile repair, food engineering, confectionery, rescue operations, barista, dental technician, and veterinary work.
By participating in the festival, attendees gain valuable information about career development opportunities, required skills, and specialization options in these fields, as well as the chance to interact with industry.
