A delegation of the DOST Digital Innovations Center (DOST DIC) under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population participated in the international “IESE Conference 2026” organised by the UK-based organisation “IESE – The Public Sector Transformation Partner.”

During the “Digital and Data” session of the conference, DOST DIC presented Azerbaijan’s experience in digital transformation in the field of social protection.

The presentation covered the work carried out on data integration and digitalisation of services through the Ministry’s Centralised Electronic Information System, inter-institutional data exchange in the social sphere, the “mygov” portal and other solutions.

The presentation also highlighted the establishment of interoperability among various information systems in the field of social protection, the centralised management of data, and the impact of these capabilities on the development of services provided to citizens.

The “IESE Conference 2026” brought together leaders and experts from various countries to share best practices and discuss transformation and innovation in the public sector. The conference addressed the use of technology in advancing public services, artificial intelligence and data-driven approaches, as well as real-world examples of transformation.
