Under the social project of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, the sale of housing at significantly below-market prices, ranging from 435 to 830 manats per square metre, continues.

The apartments are located in newly constructed residential buildings in the Umid settlement of Baku, as well as in Absheron and Samukh districts. They consist of three- and four-room apartments, are fully renovated, unused and provided with title deeds.

The apartments are also eligible for purchase through mortgage financing and can be viewed via the ms.sosial.gov.az portal.

Citizens can reserve their selected apartment or apartments by clicking the “Reserve” button on the portal.

Individuals wishing to reserve an apartment must have one of the authentication methods provided by ASAN Login.

Within 10 days of reserving an apartment, a notarised purchase and sale agreement is concluded between the person who reserved the apartment and the Ministry, subject to full payment of the purchase price.

The funds generated from the sale of the apartments are directed towards providing martyrs’ families and persons with war-related disabilities with housing and individual houses in other regions of the country.
