Another 13 of our citizens repatriated from Syria to our country by the Government of Azerbaijan have been placed in the social service institution of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
9 of them are children, 1 is a man, and 3 are women.
Initial medical and social and psychological support work was carried out with the repatriated persons in the social service institution.
At the next stage, the social and psychological conditions of the repatriated persons were assessed by the Agency's social workers and psychologists. Currently, social and psychological support measures are being implemented for each repatriate based on an individual development plan.
The social rehabilitation of repatriates is being continued in their families of origin in cooperation with other relevant institutions.
In recent years, the Social Services Agency has provided social rehabilitation and reintegration services to about 550 repatriates.
