The Social Services Agency under the Ministry and the DOST Digital Innovations Centre have launched a new digital solution — the Social Services Map.
Designed to enhance transparency, accessibility, and efficiency, the map consolidates social services nationwide into a single digital platform and visually presents their geographic locations through an interactive map.
Users can search services by type, find the nearest social service institutions, access information on social projects and inclusive cultural events, and submit applications directly.
The platform is accessible via the e-Social portal at: https://socialmap.e-social.gov.az/
The system minimises time loss and additional procedures for vulnerable population groups. Further expansion of functionality, additional service categories, and broader institutional integration are planned.
