A ceremony was held to present certificates and medals to employees of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population who were awarded by the Presidential Order of 23 June 2026 for distinguished service in the civil service.
Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev noted that another group of Ministry employees had been awarded the "For Distinction in Civil Service" Medal in recognition of their dedicated public service.
He expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for his continued support and for recognising the work of the Ministry's employees.
The Minister highlighted the achievements of recent social reforms, the expansion of innovative digital solutions and their contribution to improving citizens' welfare. He emphasised that ensuring citizen satisfaction, transparency and adherence to the principles of social justice should remain the guiding principles of every employee's work.
Congratulating the award recipients, Anar Aliyev wished them continued success in their professional activities.
It was noted that 158 employees of the Ministry have received state awards under Presidential Orders since 2018.
The awarded employees were presented with their certificates and medals and expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the high recognition of their work.
