As part of the large-scale digitalization of services in the social sector, the appointment system for the “Mobile DOST” service, which is designed for citizens from vulnerable groups, was also digitalized.
Citizens can now visit the official website at dost.gov.az, navigate to the “Mobile DOST” section, and fill out a simple application form in the pop-up window to register for the service electronically.
Once the necessary information is submitted, an appointment is automatically scheduled for the applicant, and a detailed message about the requested service is sent to their mobile number.
The “Mobile DOST” service aims to provide citizens with services offered by DOST centers by collecting the required documents from the applicant, processing them, and returning the finalized documents.
The introduction of an electronic appointment system for this service significantly enhances citizens' accessibility, and contributes to faster, more efficient, and higher-quality service delivery.
