The delegation of the Agency, led by Vugar Behbudov, Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, is participating in the Spring Conference entitled “Culture of Inclusion: Enriching Lives through Arts, Sports and Leisure” held in Valencia, Spain.
The international conference, organized by the European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities (EASPD), is a network of organizations providing social services and support for persons with disabilities. The organization aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, protect their rights and promote social inclusion. The Social Services Agency has been a member of EASPD since 2022.
At the Spring Conference, heads of institutions operating in the field of social services come together and participate in discussions on creating a culture of inclusion to empower persons with disabilities.
Conference participants are also expected to participate in sessions on facilitating access for people with disabilities to various active activities in the fields of art and sports.
