The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population continues the online sale of apartments in new residential buildings in the Ramana and Umid settlements of Baku, as well as in the Absheron and Samukh districts through the ms.sosial.gov.az portal.
The apartments have 3 or 4 rooms, are fully renovated, unused, and come with title deeds. They can also be purchased through mortgage loans by applying to banks.
In total, up to 1,080 apartments are available for sale, and the proceeds from the sales will be directed to providing apartments and individual houses to families of martyrs and persons with war-related disabilities in other regions of the country.
Those interested in purchasing an apartment can visit the mentioned portal, review the available apartments, select the desired apartment, and reserve it by clicking the “Reserve” button on the portal.
(To reserve an apartment, a person must have one of the ASAN Login authentication tools: identification number, SIMA digital signature, ASAN signature, SIMA Token (electronic signature), or BSXM Electronic signature.)
The person who reserves an apartment first gains the right to purchase it. Additionally, two more persons can also reserve the same apartment.
If the first person who reserved the apartment declines to purchase it, the right to buy the apartment passes to another person who has reserved it.
Within 10 days, a notarized purchase agreement is signed between the Ministry and the person who reserved the apartment, upon full payment of its value.
A legal entity or individual may purchase any number of apartments available for sale.
It should be noted that the price of the apartments is determined by an independent appraiser in accordance with legislation.
