Social Indicators for 8 Months
In January–August of this year, electronic services provided to the population within the scope of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population’s activities received 16.7 million requests.
During the same period, the “e-sosial” portal, which serves as the country’s social registry, was used 10.5 million times, and 175,900 appointments were carried out proactively through the e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive digitalization program implemented in the social sector in recent years, currently over 90 percent of the Ministry’s 159 services are provided electronically. In addition, 60 proactive services, the multifunctional “e-sosial” portal, and the “Labour and Employment” subsystem are operational.
Integration of the Ministry’s e-systems with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions has been implemented. Including inquiries from these institutions, during the first eight months of the year, the total number of queries, requests, and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems reached 332 million.
