In the “Official correspondence between employer and employee” section of the “Labour and Employment” subsystem of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, a new feature has been added allowing for the electronic registration of short-term leave from work.
This new functionality simplifies the process for employers and expands their management capabilities.
Accordingly, when setting leave limits, employers can activate or deactivate this feature by selecting “Yes” or “No” in the “Should official leave be counted from employees’ hour limits?” section.
When the service is active, the period is recorded as “official leave” and is not included in the employee’s total leave hours.
This new functionality enables more flexible and transparent official correspondence between employees and employers and promotes more efficient digital management of internal labour processes.
