Over the past month, nearly 1,700 unemployed and jobseeking individuals have been enrolled in vocational training courses organised by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, in professions aligned with labour market requirements.
Of these, courses for 722 people were organised at the Agency’s Vocational Training Centres in Baku, Ganja, Goychay and Karabakh, as well as at the Nakhchivan Vocational Training Centre, while courses for the others were organised at private educational institutions.
Participants in the courses are acquiring knowledge and skills in professions such as data analyst, human resources specialist, accountant, graphic designer, insurance agent, petrol station operator, confectioner, pastry chef, and others.
Support will also be provided to help individuals who successfully complete the courses organised in cooperation with employers secure employment.
