By the orders of President Ilham Aliyev Anar Maharram oglu Bayramov and Rashad Azizaga oglu Mustafayev were appointed as Deputy Ministers of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
Anar Bayramov was born in 1975. He graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University with a bachelor's degree and from Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a master's degree. Since 2003, he has held a PhD in medicine.
Since 1998, he had worked as a doctor at the “MediClub” clinic. Starting in 2002, he served as Chief Medical Expert, Deputy Director General, Director General, and Chairman of the Management Board at “A-Group” Insurance Company. In 2021, he was appointed Advisor to the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
Prior to his current position, he was the Chairman of the Board of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
Rashad Mustafayev was born in 1978. In 1998, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Science and Education Center of Tafakkur University with a bachelor's degree, in 2001, from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University with a master’s degree. In 2014, he graduated from the Faculty of Administrative Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a bachelor’s degree. In 2018, he graduated from the MBA program at the Business School of Empreza University in Spain.
From 2000 to 2001, he worked as a leading consultant in the Law Department of the Ministry of State Property. From 2001 to 2015, he served as a leading advisor, senior advisor, head of sector, and deputy head in the Law Department of the Ministry of Economy. From 2015 to 2023, he was the Deputy General Director of "Southern Gas Corridor" CJSC.
Prior to his current position, he worked as General Director of "Ekol Engineering Services" CJSC starting in 2023.
