As part of the “Employment Support Project” implemented by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population with the financial support of the World Bank, about 25 thousand people were provided with equipment in the past period.
With the help of the provided equipment, they established small businesses in the production and service sectors.
This Project, covering the years 2020-2025, aims to expand the self-employment program and support access to small businesses for vulnerable population groups (people with disabilities, family members of martyrs, recipients of targeted state social assistance, etc.).
As a result of the successful implementation of the Project, which aims to cover 22 thousand unemployed people, it is targeted to involve more than 26 thousand beneficiaries in this project by the end of 2025.
