The process of concluding employment contracts in the form of an e-document continues. Up to 1 million 745 thousand employment contracts have already been signed in the electronic form on the “Labour and Employment” subsystem platform of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
Thus, 94 percent of employment contracts have already been digitized. In addition to concluding employment contracts in the form of an e-document, changing or terminating an employment contract is also carried out in the e-procedure.
The signing process is carried out through the e-signatures of employees and employers (“SIMA Signature”, “ASAN Signature” and Electronic Signature (SIMA Token).
Since March of this year, a function has been launched in the mobile application of the “e-Sosial” portal that allows signing labour contracts in e-procedure. This has accelerated the transition of labour relations to the digital level, making the process of signing contracts in e-procedure more flexible and accessible to citizens.
Thus, the labour contract submitted by the employer for approval is reflected in the “Signing of Labour Contract” section of the main screen of the citizen’s “e-Social” mobile application. As a result, citizens can conveniently sign these contracts in e-procedure (“SIMA” digital signature or “ASAN Signature”).
