In recent days, up to 15 more apartments offered for sale by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population have been sold.
Information about the apartments located in new residential buildings in the Ramana and Umid settlements of Baku, as well as in the Absheron and Samukh, is available via the ms.sosial.gov.az portal.
Persons wishing to purchase an apartment may select their preferred apartment on the above-mentioned portal and reserve it by clicking the “Reserve” button.
Each of the sold apartments:
The first person to reserve an apartment obtains the right to purchase it. In addition, two other persons may also reserve the same apartment. If the first person who reserved the apartment refuses to purchase it, the right to purchase passes to another person who reserved it.
Within 10 days, a notarised sale and purchase agreement is concluded between the Ministry and the person who reserved the apartment, with full payment of the apartment’s value.
A legal entity or an individual may purchase any number of the apartments offered for sale.
The prices of the apartments have been determined by an independent appraiser in accordance with the legislation.
The proceeds from the sales are directed towards providing apartments and individual houses in other regions of the country to martyr families and persons with disabilities related to the war.
