Social indicators for the first 9 months

During the first nine months of this year, 5 billion 874 million manats were allocated for pension payments, which is 10 percent (548 million manats) more than in the same period of the previous year.

Since the beginning of the current year, pensions have been increased by 9.3 percent through indexation. As of October 1, 2026, the average monthly pension amount had increased by 10 percent compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, reaching 596 manats. The average monthly old-age pension amount reached 634 manats.

From January to September, 28,000 pensions were assigned proactively through the e-system, bringing the total to 206,000 since the system was launched in early 2019.
