Oktyabr 2, 2025 10:55 The “PeşəFest” organised by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population was held this time in Imishli. With the motto “Learn a Profession, Build Your Future!”, the festival aims to support youth and students in choosing their professions and taking the right steps in their careers. Leaders of state and private organisations in the district, as well as members of the public, attended the event. During the opening ceremony, speakers emphasised the importance of making the right career choices for the future of young people. The festival, which received significant interest from youth, was noted to provide comprehensive information on modern professions and contribute to career guidance. Professional specialists made presentations about their respective fields, sharing information about the nature of their professions. They offered career advice to festival participants and answered questions from both youth and their parents. The festival will continue at the following locations and dates: • Agsu – October 3 / Heydar Aliyev Park • Agdash – October 8 / Heydar Aliyev Park • Gabala – October 11 / Heydar Aliyev Park • Khachmaz – October 13 / Zafar Park • Baku – October 16 / National Seaside Park The festival provides educational events for 14 professions, including cybersecurity, data analytics, helpdesk, 3D animator, jewellery designer, tourism organiser, carpenter, automotive repair locksmith, food engineer, confectioner, rescuer, barista, dental technician, and veterinarian. Participants gain useful information on career development, required skills, and specialty selection, as well as the opportunity to interact with professionals in these fields.
