Sanatorium and resort vouchers

By the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, the following categories of privileged persons are provided with vouchers for sanatorium and resort treatment:

• Persons with disabilities who do not have an active employment contract and an active TIN (excluding persons with disabilities resulting from occupational accidents and occupational diseases, as well as military servicemen entitled to a disability pension in accordance with the Law on Labour Pensions)
• Children with disabilities
• Participants of the Second World War
• Families of martyrs
• Participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in the relocation zone, as well as children relocated from evacuation and relocation zones, including those who were in their mother’s womb on the day of relocation, or adolescents under the age of 18, as well as children born after April 26, 1986, whose one parent participated in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident or was affected by the Chernobyl accident and was likely exposed to direct radioactive radiation
• Orphaned children and children deprived of parental care

• Citizens who suffered damage while participating in the rescue of people and providing medical assistance during emergency situations
   

To be placed on the waiting list for receiving a sanatorium and resort voucher in the regions, a citizen applies to the relevant regional branch of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population at the address where the Agency is registered, based on a sanatorium and resort certificate issued by the local branches of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry.

To be placed on the waiting list for receiving a sanatorium and resort voucher in the city of Baku, a citizen applies to the relevant DOST center of the Sustainable and Operational Social Security Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population at the address where the Agency is registered, based on a sanatorium and resort certificate issued by the local branches of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry.
