Sanatorium and resort vouchers

Persons entitled to receive vouchers

ü  Persons with disabilities (excluding working persons with disabilities, persons with disabilities resulting from occupational accidents and diseases, and military personnel entitled to a disability pension in accordance with the Law “On Labour Pensions”);

ü  Participants of the Second World War;

ü  Families of martyrs;

ü   Participants in the elimination of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant within the evacuation zone, as well as children evacuated from the exclusion and resettlement zones, including children who were in the womb on the day of evacuation, and children born after 26 April 1986 to a parent who participated in the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident or was affected by the Chernobyl accident and was at risk of direct exposure to radioactive radiation;

ü  Children who have lost their parents or have been deprived of parental care;

ü  Citizens who were injured while participating in rescue operations and providing medical assistance during emergencies.

Application procedure

To be placed on the waiting list for a sanatorium and resort voucher in the regions, a citizen must apply to the relevant regional branch of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry, according to their registered address, based on the sanatorium and resort certificate issued by the local branches of the State Agency for Medical and Expert Examination under the Ministry.

To be placed on the waiting list for a sanatorium and resort voucher in Baku, a citizen must apply to the relevant DOST centre according to their registered address, based on the sanatorium and resort certificate issued by the local branches of the State Agency for Medical and Expert Examination under the Ministry.
