More than 145 out of the 160 services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population (over 90%) have already been digitized, including more than 30 e-reference services and over 55 proactive services that have been made available.
During this period, a total of 1,6 billion e-queries and applications had been recorded in the Ministry's Centralized Electronic Information System, and 1,1 million proactive appointments had been carried out through the e-systems.
