The application period for the “AI4DOST Social Award” competition, organised within the framework of the “SOCGOV 2026 – Digital Analysis for Smart Governance” international forum, has been extended by 15 days.

Taking into account the high level of interest in the competition and the large number of applications received, the application process will continue until September 15, 2026.

The main objective of the competition is to identify, promote and widely recognise best practices, innovative solutions and initiatives with a strong social impact in the social sector.

The international competition is being held in four categories:

* Artificial intelligence-based digital solutions in the social sector;

* Social volunteering and civic initiatives;

* Scientific contribution to the development of the social sector;

* Regional social initiative.

Individual nominations:

* Young Social Innovator of the Year;

* Social Transformation Leader / Initiator;

* For a Sustainable Contribution to the Development of the Social Sector.

The official award ceremony for the winners will take place in October this year as part of the “SOCGOV 2026” forum, which will be held in the city of Khankendi.
