The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population held regular meetings with residents and employers as part of the work to ensure employment in the liberated territories.
During the meetings with residents who had recently resettled to the city of Khankendi and the village of Shukurbayli in the Jabrayil region, their professional skills and experience, as well as areas of activity in accordance with their interests, were determined, and employment opportunities were assessed. Detailed information was provided on the implemented active employment measures, including job security, self-employment programs, and vocational training courses, and their initial registration was carried out for their involvement in these initiatives.
The conditions of residents of the Boyuk Galadara village of Shusha were reviewed to study their opportunities for involvement in the self-employment program. Through assessments, it was determined under which envelopes they could establish small family businesses under the program, and appropriate registration was carried out.
The Agency also held a round table with the participation of 17 employers operating in Agdam, as well as employees of the Reconstruction, Construction and Management Service in Agdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend.
The event provided information on the Agency's areas of activity, programs implemented jointly with employers, as well as work carried out jointly with them in the field of ensuring employment in the liberated territories. The questions of interest to employers were answered, and the next active employment measures to be implemented jointly with them were discussed.
