The Inclusive Development and Creativity Center under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population organized an Inclusive Creativity Fair.
The event took place in Heydar Aliyev Park in Barda and was attended by Deputy Head of Barda District Executive Authority Ilham Mammadov, Chair of the YAP Barda District Organization Faget Shadlinskaya, Director of the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center Elnara Ansari, Director of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center Vasif Garibov, Director of the Barda Regional ASAN Service Center Ilaha Guliyeva, as well as faculty and students of Karabakh University and members of the public.
Speakers at the opening of the fair emphasized the importance of the event in showcasing the creative potential of individuals from vulnerable groups living in the region and in promoting inclusivity. It was noted that such creative platforms contribute to social integration and the creation of equal opportunities among members of society.
As part of the event, stands presenting the activities of the Karabakh “DOST House” branch, as well as handicrafts made by its trainers and beneficiaries, were displayed.
The fair, which attracted great interest, also featured information about the services and programs implemented by the institutions under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
Presentations and educational materials were showcased about initiatives such as the “Volunteer DOST” program, the “RehaPoint” service, and the “Guardian Family” care model. An entertainment area was also arranged for children.
In the artistic section of the event, talented members of the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center, together with the faculty and students of the Music and Arts Faculty of Karabakh University, performed a joint concert program.
