The State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population diagnosed 17100 people with disability during January-April 2025.
Of these, 7300 people were initially diagnosed with disability, and 9800 people were re-diagnosed.
Disability assessment is carried out via the electronic system, based on the information in the referrals entered by the healthcare institution into the e-system.
After the diagnosis of disability, social payments for disability are proactively determined via the e-system.
