As part of the ongoing implementation of the joint action plan between the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice, a meeting was held at Correctional Facility No. 4 with female inmates nearing the end of their prison terms.

During the meeting, information was provided about the Agency’s areas of activity, including measures implemented to support the social adaptation of individuals released from correctional institutions.

It was noted that after the completion of their sentences, visits to their families would be organized by the Agency and their need for social services would be assessed. Based on the assessment results, they would be provided with social-psychological, social-legal, and social counseling assistance.

Questions of interest to the inmates were also answered.
