In the first half of July, the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population attracted another 665 people to courses in professions that meet the requirements of the labour market.
Vocational courses were organized for 328 of them at the Agency's Baku, Ganja, Goychay and Karabakh Vocational Training Centers and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and for 337 people in private educational institutions.
The courses organized are mainly for the professions of cook, food and non-food goods seller, cashier-supervisor, barber-makeup artist-manicurist, confectioner, pastry chef, waiter, tailor, and carpet restorer-painter.
It should be noted that the courses teach students theoretical and practical knowledge in the relevant professions. Support is also provided for the employment of persons who successfully complete vocational courses.
