Social indicators of the first half of the year
In the first half of this year, 436 thousand citizens were served in DOST centers.
Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers, a “Smart DOST” service point in the Agali village of Zangilan, and a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha have been opened in our country.
Based on the DOST concept, which is also highly appreciated at the international level, state social services are provided through a “single window”, with modern and flexible, transparent mechanisms, in accordance with citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services is 98,5 percent.
