DOST centers currently provide more than 160 services

In accordance with President Ilham Aliyev’s decree dated March 12, 2025, the Charter of the DOST Agency and the list of services provided at DOST centers have been aligned with current legislative acts, optimized, and improved.

In recent years, consistent social reforms had significantly expanded social protection and active employment programs. Important steps had also been taken to improve services within the operational scope of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.

Accordingly, the list of DOST services had been updated with a new structure. The headings, clauses, and sub-clauses have been clarified, and service categories have been reorganized.

Additionally, several new service areas had been introduced. As a result:

• Previously, 135 services were provided at DOST centers, and 21 services through the Unified Coordination Centers (UCCs), totaling 156 services.
• Based on the new list, 143 services are now offered at DOST centers, and 18 services via UCCs, bringing the total to 161 services.
