By an order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev, Eshgin Ali oglu Bayramov has been appointed as Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry.
Eshgin Bayramov was born in 1985. From 2003 to 2007, he completed his bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the Azerbaijan University of Languages. In 2011–2013, he obtained a master’s degree in Country Studies – European Countries at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in Ukraine, and in 2013–2017, he pursued doctoral studies at Chernihiv National University of Technology in Ukraine. During his doctoral studies, he became a winner of an international grant project and worked as a research fellow at the International Hellenic University in Greece.
He holds a PhD in Economics.
Between 2016 and 2021, he also studied Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.
From 2011 to 2025, he worked at Baku Business University in various positions, including head of department, vice-rector, and lecturer.
From February 2025 until his current appointment, he served as Head of the International Relations and Projects Department at the State Employment Agency.
