The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has become the first state institution to integrate its e-services into the mygov platform.
In accordance with the Action Plan for 2026–2028 on accelerating digital development in the Republic of Azerbaijan, approved by the Order of Ilham Aliyev, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has been carrying out targeted measures in this direction.
As part of efforts to transition digital public services to a unified and centralised system, the Ministry is in the final stage of completing the integration of the digital services previously provided through the e-Sosial mobile application into the mygov platform.
The process will be fully completed by the end of this month, and from 1 May, the e-Sosial application will completely cease its operations.
Thus, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has become the first government body to integrate its e-services into the mygov platform.
At the same time, in order to prevent duplication of digital services and considering that these services will now be provided centrally through a single platform, namely mygov, the e-Sosial mobile application is being discontinued.
It should be noted that the Ministry, as one of the institutions most actively implementing digitalisation in public administration, has digitalised more than 90 percent of its services in recent years.
More than 50 of these services have also been made proactive, and the Ministry has become the first public institution to migrate its information systems to the Government Cloud (G-cloud) infrastructure.
