As part of the “Return to Work” project jointly organized by the State Employment Agency and “PashaPay” LLC, the “m10” and Milliön Telesales Center has been opened in the city of Fuzuli within the “One Ecosystem” framework.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, Anar Aliyev; the President’s Special Representative for Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand, Emin Huseynov; and representatives of “One Ecosystem,” including Farid Huseynov, Chairman of the Management Board of Kapital Bank, and Samir Mammadov, CEO of “PashaPay” LLC.
The guests observed how services are delivered at the center, including the operations of the “m10” Call Center.
It was noted that the “Return to Work” project, which is another example of successful public–private cooperation, aims to create sustainable jobs for residents of the liberated territories. It also supports socio-economic development in the region and the expansion of digital payment services.
Fourteen residents who returned to Fuzuli have already been employed at the “m10” and Milliön Telesales Center through referrals from the State Employment Agency. The number of employees is expected to reach 20 soon.
“PashaPay” LLC is also providing training for candidates on digital payment systems, customer service, and telesales to develop their professional and soft skills.
It was stated that joint projects supporting employment for citizens resettled in the liberated territories will continue in the next period.
