42 people who were illegally dismissed were reinstated to their previous jobs
The State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population has determined that in the first half of this year, employers delayed the payment of 160257 manats of social payments to employees.
As a result of the measures taken, these funds were paid to employees by employers.
Up to 90 percent of these funds consisted of salaries, the rest of which consisted of benefits and compensations to be paid by employers, and compensation for damages.
During the investigation of the appeals, the Service also determined that the labour contracts of 42 employees were terminated in violation of the requirements of the legislation.
As a result of the measures taken by the Service in accordance with the legislation, these employees were reinstated to their previous jobs.
