43 employees who were unlawfully dismissed have been reinstated to their previous jobs.
The State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population determined that during January–July, employers delayed payment of social payments totaling 198,342 manat to employees.
As a result of the measures taken, this amount was paid to employees by the employers. Of this amount, 87% consisted of wages, while the remaining part included allowances and compensations payable by the employers, as well as damage compensations.
During the investigation of complaints, the State Labor Inspection Service also found that the employment contracts of 43 employees were terminated in violation of legislative requirements. Based on the measures taken by the Service according to the law, these employees were reinstated to their previous jobs.
