Seventy-one people who had been unlawfully dismissed from work were reinstated to their previous jobs.
During January–November, the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population identified delays in the payment of 825 thousand manats in social-type payments owed to employees by employers.
As a result of measures taken, the funds were paid to employees by the employers. Ninety-four percent of this amount consisted of wages, while the remaining part included benefits and compensations payable by employers, as well as compensation for damages.
During the review of applications, the State Labour Inspectorate Service also determined that labour contracts of 71 employees had been terminated in violation of legal requirements.
As a result of measures taken in accordance with the law, these employees were reinstated to their previous jobs.
