Registration for participation in the Summit has begun and will continue until 20:00 on 23 November.
Organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, the second “Professions of the Future” Summit will take place in Baku on 28 November 2025.
The purpose of the Summit is to discuss changes in the labour market, the demand for new professions and skills, and the impact of technology and innovation on the business environment. It also aims to support the readiness of ecosystem participants for the future labour market, taking into account emerging challenges in education and employment.
The event is designed to serve as a unified platform for constructive dialogue among representatives of the public and private sectors, educational institutions, local and foreign career advisors, trainers, human resources specialists, experts, and development mentors.

It should be noted that the first event within the framework of the “Professions of the Future” Summit was held on 30 October of this year in Nakhchivan.
